In order to help bridge the story between Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void, Blizzard is releasing the Whispers of Oblivion, a three-mission prologue featuring Zeratul, to everyone as part of the Heart of the Swarm 3.0 Patch. Encase you missed it, the Heart of the Swarm 3.0 Patch has been released this past week. If you want to stay up on all the changes that are coming to StarCraft as the game enters its new expansion, you will definitely want to check out the patch notes here!
If you love action, stories about redemption, and making hard life choices, you will want to check out the new Legacy of the Void Short Story called Perdition’s Crossing that has just been released. In this story, you will follow main character Jim Raynor as he travels through a Wild West-themed waste land as he attempts to set things right!

The latest Heroes of the Storm patch has come to the Nexus, and with it a lot of changes! This patch also includes Lt. Morales, new store bundles, and a lot of graphic changes to the existing UI and loading screen! Check out all the details here!

Just when you thought that BlizzCon couldn’t get anymore fun filled, the Hearthstone Team announces there will be a Hearthstone Tavern on the second floor of the Convention Center! As part of the Fireside Gathering, Blizzard will debut its BlizzCon exclusive Hearthstone Pin available to patrons who join the Micro Tournament, Duel the Devs, or answer some Hearthstone Trivia!
It’s been eerily quiet on the Diablo front here as of late, but now the Diablo Team needs our help with its next PTR Server Slam! Now we know what you are wondering, what is a Server Slam!? The Diablo Server Engineers are looking to improve the game play for all those playing Diablo, but they can’t do it without your help. So this past week, October 6-9th, they called on players to join them on the PTR to test a special PTR that includes some new optimizations.

Just when you thought that there couldn’t possibly be anymore Hot Fixes, Blizzard announces a few more hot fixes on October 6th and 8th which included some changes to more Hellfire Citadel bosses, as well as some Ashran changes. If you want to read all of these hot fixes, check out this blog post!
