5.)Wow. Just wow, I HATE this guy with a passion. He’s not broken anymore, he’s just overpowered. I can hear the Roadhog mains now crying “why are you out of position?”, I’m NOT out of position. Roadhog is just broken, and can 1v1 all the heroes on the roster without a problem.
4.) Make another 100 threads about how he’s OP and maybe Blizzard will do something about it.
3.) About time you do something to Roadhog Why do you allow a character that goes against the whole point of this game to stay the way he is?
2.)Spamming these bullpoop threads is more fun than playing as or against this terrible mistake of a hero that is Roadhog.
1.) *To hear #1, listen to this week’s episode!*
“Can’t stop, won’t stop” should be one of the motto’s for the Heroes of the Storm team, mainly because they refused to stop making content for the game! Just shortly after the announcement of Valera coming to the game from World of Warcraft, the next hero is waiting on deck to enter the Nexus straight from Overwatch! Lucio will join Zarya and Tracter as the third hero to be added to the Nexus. He will bring a whole new play style of healing while he breaks it down, and boops players around the map. This different type of play style has just hit the PTR for everyone to check out!
Hearthstone is one of Blizzard’s only single players currently in their list of successful games, but that’s about to change on the esports scene. This past week it was announced that Blizzard will be hosting a new style of tournament that put players up against players from all over the world representing their own countries as a team. Does this change to the Hearthstone esports scene solve on the problems with the current state of the game? Find out more on this on the show as we talk about this article.
Following the Necromancer Q&A that happened a few weeks ago, Diablo has come out to let us know what else they are working on going forward for Patch 2.5.0! Instead of just gear upgrades, they will also be introducing a new armory feature in the game that allows players to create saved armory sets similar to World of Warcraft, and also making it so that new reagents that are gained are added directly to your stash verses filling up your bags. To find out more than about this besides our discussion on the show, you can check out this article here!
Hacking is not something new to Overwatch, and it’s not a new topic of discussion on the show. Every few weeks we talk about the different types of hacks and cheats that players are using in Overwatch. This week is no different unfortunately…. It’s been reported that in the month of January that over 32,000 Overwatch accounts have been banned for cheating in Korea alone! This plays into the fact that players in Korea don’t have to buy full versions of the game instead they actually pay a small fee in order to play per hour of the game inside their “PC Bangs” aka internet cafe’s. If you want to find out more information about the hacking problem in Korea, check out this article here!
This week we discussion the following topics about World of Warcraft:
1.) Thousands of Warcraft accounts banned for botting. Details.
2.) The World First Race comes to an end! Congrats Exorsus! Details.
3.) Patch 7.2 Discussion — Incoming Legendaries!
It’s that time of the year again when we hear about what’s next for the Rock the Cabinet contest. This year brings a whole new concept by it being based around Co-op missions! Like previous years, creators will have the chance to walk away with $10,000 USD, tickets to a future BlizzCon, and a chance to sit down and have a developer jam session with Blizzard themselves! If you are a Blizzard Arcade creator, take the time to read over the full details of the contest, and we will see you inside the StarCrade!
Each week we pick a game from the endless library of the Blizzard Arcade to test them out and help the listeners find some awesome stupidly fun games.
Game: Line Tower Wars: Redux TD v1.3 Type: Tower Defense Creator: Kida Details: It’s a tower defense game, like all tower defense you build towers to defeat waves of enemies. This however is the type of tower defense where your opponent spawns the waves of enemies by choice and you have to control how you upgrade your towers and the rate at which you spend your resources to build towers and spawn enemies. As you spawn enemies you will get more resources every income phase which in turn helps you build and upgrade towers. Try to put all that you can into a single upgrade tree for the towers so that you are not overrun by your enemies. This game has a solid AI and if you don’t get an early jump on it they will give you a good run for your money and it definitely makes the game worth playing by yourself.
