We have talked about it previously on the show, but the Facebook Streaming directly from Blizzard titles is now available for everyone via Battle.net! You can now stream directly from Legion, or Overwatch and beyond directly to Facebook! Check out the all details here.
Another Blizzard title is adapting and bringing on similar assets of Overwatch, and this time it is Heroes of the Storm. The new score screen will have a match MVP, and then will showcase 4 additional players for completing objectives, taking the most damage, dealing the most damage, etc. You can find out more about this here!
Another week, another Diablo 4 rumor. This time someone decided to use the whole roll of tinfoil before they made their tinfoil hat! Diablo 3? Diablo 4? Diablo 2 remake?! Be careful where you go, it may be off the deep end! Check out the article here.
This past week, Skycoder started posting crazy posts on the Overwatch forums. Some were removed, but not before the Game Detectives were on the case! They tracked down more information which sent them to amomentincrime.com, which lead them down deeper into the Sombra ARG and rabbit hole. But don’t take our word for it, check out the site for yourself!
Also this past week, Jeff Kaplan became under fire for an idea he brought up in an interview that was taken out of context. The idea was that of retiring heroes each season in order to keep the game still feeling fresh and new, but that’s not exactly what he said. You can read more about it here!
Each week we pick a game from the endless library of the Blizzard Arcade to test them out and help the listeners find some awesome stupidly fun games.
Game: Starcraft Universe Type: RPG Creator: Upheaval Arts Details: Now that you have completed the prologue portion of the game this part comes on as the main bulk of the game, goals during this part of the game involve maintaining and protecting your ship, it is important that you have scouts as they are what maintain your supply system which become more and more important as your ship continues to take damage and members of your security staff die. During this phase of the game you face off against capital ships that will shred you at a moments notice so a lot of strategy is necessary to move from planet to planet. The first planet you come to will give you a chance to play in an arena where the mobs come at random and prove to be more and more challenging, working together with your team and the available NPC’s is crucial to surviving this but the rewards are great.
