There are times when it comes to eSports where issues of sports trickle into the mix. This past Dreamhack Austin there were great competitions and one of those competitors quickly became the target of racism. This week on the show we discuss how Twitch and other online venues need to consider a zero tolerance policy when it comes to racism, sexism, etc. because as an eSports community, we are better than this!
When World of Warcraft went below 10 million subscribers, people thought the game was ending. What’s it say about the Overwatch Beta when 9.7 Million Players played across all platforms over the course of the weekend?! That’s insane! Check out more additional stats here!
