Then we wrap up the show by jumping into the Nexus and talk about balancing the imbalances inside Heroes of the Storm. Then we read an email from Spankyhunter! How does Blizzard identify balance problems, and how do they address them?

Identifying a balance problem:
— actually engaging with the game themselves (playing/watching)
— listen to a lot of feedback from the community
— look at trends from game data (hero/trait pick rates, etc.)

Reacting to those problems:
— through tuning
— redesign
